CYLINDER SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS:

 

Please send a note with your cylinder. You can either click here for

our printable service order form, or provide us with the following:

 

* NAME, RETURN ADDRESS AND DAYTIME PHONE NUMBER *

* MAKE, MODEL AND YEAR *

* THE WORK TO BE PERFORMED *

* ANY SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDING PARTS YOU WANT TO PURCHASE FROM BORE TECH *

* VISA/MASTERCARD NUMBER WITH EXPIRATION DATE FOR PAYMENT *

 

 

There may be an extra charge to remove studs, powervalves, etc. from the cylinder,

so please completely disassemble and clean your cylinder before shipping.

 

Bore Tech is NOT responsible for lost or damaged parts. Please be generous with

the amount of packing materials and individually box each cylinder. If sending multiple

cylinders, group individual boxes in a larger box for shipment. Be sure to cushion the

top, bottom and sides of the smaller boxes so fins or other parts do not crack or break.

 

Lastly, please include the new piston for each cylinder being repaired so we can ensure

proper fitment. If we need to supply the piston for you, please include in your note or on

the service order form.
